Dear Parents/Carers

Following a further risk assessment and in light of the forecast of continuing extreme temperatures, we will again close early on Thursday 25 June (tomorrow) at 12:00 pm to avoid the hottest part of the day.

There will be an adjusted timetable and lunch will be provided as normal.

Students should continue to wear their PE kit. Alternatively, if they are wearing school uniform, they do not need to bring their blazer or tie to school. Please encourage students to bring a refillable water bottle to help them stay hydrated.

If you would like your child to remain in school under supervision until 3:15 pm, please notify the school by emailing enquiry@hillcrest.bham.sch.uk no later than 9:00 am tomorrow.
