Information for students, parent/carers and external support agencies during the summer holidays
If you would like to speak to a member of the safeguarding team about the welfare of a child or if you require any family-based support during the summer holidays, please either email your concerns to safeguarding@hillcrest.bham.sch.uk or call 07538245067 between 9.00am-3.00pm (Monday-Friday) A member of the safeguarding team will contact you as soon as possible to address your concerns or contact Children’s Advice & Support Service (CASS) on 0121 303 1888. If parents require additional support during the summer holidays, in terms of finance, rent, benefits, housing, food, their child's mental health or well-being, or anti-social behaviour in the community, you can make contact with your nearest Early Help Location Team.
